INTRODUCTION
CECI has been in business for 23 years (since 1997) as a full-service environmental consulting firm which specializes in assisting Clients in complying with Federal, State and Local Environmental laws, rules and regulations in the State of Texas and New Mexico. For the past 23 years we have continuously maintained licensing and accreditation in the fields of Lead Base Paint, Asbestos, Mold, Hazardous Waste, Construction and Building Renovation. Since graduating from Texas, A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science, Alec Felhaber (President and Owner) has continuously expanded his knowledge of Construction and Environmental Sciences and built the company from the ground up and grown it into a regional firm. His previous work experience as a Construction and Environmental Project Manager for the Housing Authority of the City of El Paso (HACEP), has given him a unique knowledge base of compliance requirements which greatly contributed to his company's success.
