CECI has assisted many clients in building construction and remodeling services. When hazardous building materials are removed CECI assists in the remodeling of buildings. To replace flooring, walls, ceilings, roof systems and other building components removed from abatement activities.

CECI has developed many projects for clients from conceptual design to coordination of architectural, civil, structural and mechanical systems designed professionals. Upon development of construction drawings CECI coordinates the building permit process from inception to final inspection and certificate of occupancy.
Current projects:
- New distribution warehouse facility located in Sunland Park, New Mexico - A 42,000 sq. ft. warehouse and office facility with loading docks and concrete and asphalt pavement project currently in final phasing of permits for construction.
- A 6,000 sq. ft. office building located in El Paso, Texas - CECI coordinated the conception design with owner and architectural firm for the development of construction plan and permits project is currently in final phase of construction permit
- Santa Teresa Middle School: Elementary School in Santa Teresa, New Mexico - CECI coordinated with prime contractor to develop facility damp proofing scope of work for building exteriors. Construction in progress consisting of damp proofing exterior CMU walls, demolition and insulation of all new aluminum store fronts, exterior doors and exterior windows. New building signage is currently in process.
- White Sands Missile Range Silo Floor project consist of the removal of lead-based paint contaminated epoxy and urethane floors. Installation of new epoxy and urethane 3 coat system project is currently in progress
